The prettiest story in the Copa: a hundred-year-old club from a town of 65,000, with the smallest budget in the 2025 Serie A, reaching the 16 best in the Americas on its first-ever Libertadores.
Fun fact
They are called the Leão and their ground, the Maião, dates to 1925 and holds 19,000. There they won all three group games without conceding. A whole town pushing.
